The campus has a capacious and up-to-date laboratory for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer and Audio-Visual practical courses.

Computer Facilities:
Computer laboratory with recent version computers are available for both staff and students.

Extra-curricular Activities:
Tilottama has basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis boards and others indoor-games. In addition to sports and games, the campus has always encouraged its students to take part in quiz contest, literary competition and other intellectual exercises.

Building:
Tilottama building is exclusively designed to meet the criteria and standards of modern college.

Canteen:
Tilottama has a hygienic canteen for students and staffs in its own premises.

Transportation:
The campus has the following bus-routes:
1. Goal-park - main town centre, Butwal- Yogikuti
2. Bhairahawa - Yogikuti

However, additional route can be added as per the demands of students.
